Fahri Akdemir

Fahri Akdemir is a Turkish Project Manager and a PM Soft Skills trainer for over six years. He also designs, creates games and events for different purposes. He studied Systems Engineering in Turkey and had his master level degrees in the field of Strategic Project Management in UK, Italy and Sweden. He is inspired from “Human” in projects. He is feeding his knowledge from any kind of disciplines, dance, outdoor sports, photography, martial arts, social works, search and rescue, Sufism, etc.


In his trainings he is using mostly games and trying to create an environment for applicants to use, develop their soft skills via awareness. He continues his academic career in Germany by making a PhD in Cross Cultural Complex Projects Management program. He is also a member of Coaching for Development (www.coaching4development.org), coaching platform and co-founder and member of World of Workshops (www.worldofworkshops.org) and an active rescuer in AKUT search and rescue association.

 

Daniela Beck

Daniela Beck joined the SEgroup as consortial partner founding the SEgroup Munich in 2008. Her professional career compromises over ten years of international corporate experience in the logistics and consumer product industries. Daniela Beck gained operational experience in the fields of supply chain management, international sales and controlling as well as corporate strategy consulting and process optimization. Daniela Beck brings in professional experience in Asia, Europe and the United States. As research associate and Ph.D. candidate at the Asia Research Center of the University of St. Gallen she is exploring teams in Indonesia. Her theoretical lens is complexity theory and theory of learning. In 2011 she joined the CCCPM programme as external doctoral candidate. Daniela Beck holds a degree in Business Administration and cultural studies Spanish which she accomplished at the University of Mannheim.
 

Joana Bertholo

Joana (born *1982 in Portugal) holds a degree in Communication Design and enjoys a fruitful path as a published fiction writer. She has worked as Project Manager for several art-driven cross-cultural ventures, mostly in film, multimedia and social design. After graduating in Lisbon (2006) she moved to Berlin where she joined the www.socialdesignsite.com team while hosting a blog on the topic and had several articles appearing in the international press. Suraj Dahal

suraj_dahalSuraj Dahal is an active advocate of the profession of project management and has significant experience designing, implementing and evaluating development projects for the third sector in Nepal. He is an entrepreneur, student, volunteer, teacher, trainer, and a consultant. His work revolves around his passions, to create possibilities for a virtuous living for the disadvantaged by breaking the cycle of poverty and promoting the practice of project excellence.

 

 

 

Violetta Pleshakova

violetta_pleshakovaVioletta Pleshakova studied Public Administration and Political Science at Moscow State M.V. Lomonosov University, Russia, and holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Willy Brandt School of Public Policy, Germany. Currently she is working on her PhD focusing on communities of practice in the digital age. Her research interests are centered around the themes of network society, Web 2.0, knowledge sharing, project management and creativity. Violetta is based in Berlin and travels internationally. She practices life coaching based on Consciousness Coaching® methodology and is passionate about human development and transformation.

 

Steve Raue

steve_raueSteve Raue is an expert for organisational development, cultural analyses and change management. Since 2011 he is a consortial partner of the Systemic Excellence Group in Berlin and had also been consulting in the public sector before. Steve Raue holds a Master’s degree in Applied Cultural Analysis, Lund University, Sweden. He especially focused on combining culture analysis and business development by conducting several projects throughout his studies.

Since 2011 he also focuses on his PhD “Talking Complexity in Project Management" in the CCCPM programme, to expand and apply his academic knowledge specifically in the area of project management and complexity.

 

 

Natalia Irina Roman

natalia_irina_romanSince 2006 in Berlin. Studied in Bucharest (Bachelor of Laws), Frankfurt am Main (Master of Laws in Finance) and Berlin (Post Graduate Visual Arts and Master of Public Policy). Worked, among others, for the Martin-Gropius-Bau and the Berlin International Film Festival. Wrote a Policy Recommendation Paper (Master Thesis) for the Berliner Festspiele, about arts policies of art halls in Europe. Fascinated by places and spaces which lost their initial function, as well as by every day urban poetry: filmed the abandoned Christmas trees of Berlin four winters in a row, to finally construct a site-specific video installation for an industrial hall out of it, end of 2010. One of the latest projects is an online storytelling of people met on the former Berlin Tempelhof airport - One Month, 31 Portraits. Luisa Santos

luisa_santosLuísa Santos (b. 1980 in Lisbon, Portugal) lives and works in Lisbon. Graduated in Communication design (BA + MA) at Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa and MA in Curating Contemporary Art at the Royal College of Art, London, under the support of Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. Since 2006, she is an independent curator and has curated exhibitions in London, Linz, Lisbon and Oporto. Guest curator at the OK-Centrum Linz for Linz European Capital of Culture 2009. She was awarded two times (2006-2008 and 2010) the Arts Support from Gulbenkian Foundation and the Young Curators in Residence program at the Frankfurter Kunstverein (2009). Guest lecturer since 2009 at IADE and ArCo, both in Lisbon. Supervisor for the MA thesis of Mafalda Especial in "Photography and Social Change". PhD candidate at the Viadrina Humboldt School of Governace, CCCPM PhD program, in Berlin.

 

Michaela Thoma

michaela_thomaMichaela Thoma is a sociological expert for the processes in organisations and projects. Well-experience in organisational research and project management, the emphasis of her work lies in the exploration, i.e. the intended capturing, of systems-specific conditions as starting point and prerequisite for the successful management of complex change processes.

With the ever-increasing challenges of dealing with technical and social complexities in projects, Michaela Thoma dedicates herself most strongly to the outcome of her thesis, which aims to identify new project management methods. Thereto she seeks interested companies and projects as partners.

Michaela Thoma studied Sociology as well as Information and Communication Technology at the Technical University of Berlin. She is consortinal partner of Systemic Excellence Group in Berlin, Germany.
